Superchick
Superchick, an American Christian rock band from Chicago, formed in 1999. The
group debuted at an Audio Adrenaline concert and continued performing live
throughout that year. Superchick self-released their first album in 2000, which
was later re-released as Karaoke Superstars after signing with Inpop Records.
Their breakthrough came with the release of Last One Picked in October 2002.
They signed with Columbia Records for their 2005 album Beauty from Pain, which
was re-released as Beauty From Pain 1.1 in 2006, featuring the hit "Stand in the
