Sporty Thievz, an American hip-hop group from Yonkers, New York, was formed in
1997 and originally consisted of King Kirk (a.k.a. Thieven Stealburg), Big Dubez
(a.k.a. Safecracker), and Marlon Bryant Brando (a.k.a. Robin Hood). The trio
gained initial recognition with their parody of TLC's hit "No Scrubs", titled
"No Pigeons", which offered a male perspective on relationships. Their debut
album, Street Cinema, was released in 1998 under Roc-A-Bloc/Ruffhouse Records
