Mario John Treadway, known as Souleye, and born on May 3, 1980, in Sturbridge,
Massachusetts, is a hip-hop artist. He began rapping in high school and later
traveled extensively across the United States before settling into his music
career. In 2001, Souleye started performing with the Transcendental Alliance.
His debut album Soul Sessions was released in 2003. Following personal
tragedies, including the death of his brother, Souleye released UniverSoul
