Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Tsykhov, known professionally as “Smoky Mo” (born
September 10, 1982, in Leningrad), is a Russian rapper, beatmaker, and record
producer. His work spans genres including hip hop, trap, and trip hop. Tsykhov
began his musical career in the late 1990s and won the 2001 Rap Music festival
with the ensemble Династия Ди. He achieved a commercial breakthrough in 2004
following the release of his debut album, Кара-Тэ, through the label Respect
Production. His subsequent discography includes the albums Планета 46, Выход из
темноты, and the 2011 release Время тигра...
