Skryabin, a Ukrainian rock and pop band, was formed in 1989 in Novoiavorivsk.
The group's lead singer, Andriy "Kuzma" Kuzmenko, began his musical journey in
1983 after being inspired by the Scottish punk band The Exploited. In 1986,
Kuzmenko met guitarist Volodymyr Shkonda, and together they started creating
music. Skryabin released their underground debut album Чуєш біль in 1989,
followed by Птахи in 1995, which marked their earliest nationwide success.
