Skazi
Asher Swissa, known professionally as Skazi, is an Israeli producer born on July
8, 1975 in Jerusalem. He began his musical career in 1990 with a punk rock band
called Sartan Hashad. In 1998, Swissa adopted the stage name DJ Skazi and formed
the EDM project Skazi alongside Assaf Bivas, producing psy-trance electro punk
music. Skazi's first album, Animal, was released in 2000. Throughout his career,
Swissa produced several albums including Storm (2002), Animal In Storm (2004),
and Total Anarchy (2006). Skazi's work often blended elements of psy-trance,
hard house, and techno.
