Side Brok
Side Brok, a Norwegian rap group from Ørsta in western Norway, became active in
2000. The group consists of members Sjef R (Runar Gudnason), Skatebård (Bård
Aasen Lødemel), Oddgeir "Odd G" Kristensen, and Knut Sævik. Side Brok's early
releases included the EP Side Brok (2002) and their debut album Høge Brelle
(2004), which marked a significant breakthrough in their career. The group
received the Nynorsk User of the Year award in 2004, recognizing their use of
Nynorsk to break language and cultural conventions. Subsequent releases include
