1978, in Taiwan. She is a Taiwanese singer of Han Chinese and Bunun descent.
Showlen Maya began her music career primarily as a Hokkien pop singer, despite
not speaking the language herself. Throughout her career, she has released over
twenty albums and has been nominated for "Best Hokkien Female Singer" at the
