shela is a Japanese pop singer and actress born on March 4, 1980 in Bibai,
Hokkaido, Japan. She began her musical career as the lead vocalist and
saxophonist of the three-member band FBI from 1997 to 1998, before signing with
Avex Trax as a solo artist in 1999. Her solo debut single, “White” (1999), was
followed by singles including “Red” (2000) and “orange” (2001). Her discography
includes the studio albums COLORLESS (2001), which reached Number 1 on the
