Shawn McDonald
Shawn Michael McDonald, born September 4, 1977, in Eugene, Oregon, is an
American singer-songwriter known for his contributions to Contemporary Christian
Music (CCM) and pop music. After a tumultuous childhood, McDonald found solace
in faith and began writing songs that blended his beliefs with contemporary
pop/rock elements. His debut album Simply Nothing was released on July 28, 2004,
