Sharon Brown is an American singer born in Harlem, New York City. She began her
music career with a strong familial background; she is the niece of songwriter
Phil Medley and the daughter of drummer William Brown. In 1976, she co-wrote and
sang backup vocals on "Love Looks Good On You" for CBS Rock Band Blood Sweat &
Tears' Mirror's Image LP. She also worked with acts such as Ronnie Dyson from
the Broadway hit play Hair, singing "Aquarius". She founded her own music
