Sebastian Karlsson
Mikael Sebastian Karlsson, known professionally as Sebastian, is a Swedish pop
and rock singer who was born in 1985 in Morgongåva. He gained national
prominence in 2005 as the runner-up in the second season of the talent show
Idol. He achieved a radio breakthrough in 2006 with the debut single “Do What
You’re Told”, which was followed by his eponymous debut studio album, Sebastian
(2006). The recording reached Number 1 on the Swedish charts and earned a gold
certification from IFPI Sweden for sales of 30,000 copies. In 2007, Karlsson
