Scotty
Walter Scott Williams, known professionally as Scotty ATL, is an American rapper
and producer born in the United States in 1985. Williams formed the group
Monopoly Fleet and released the album 2339 Underground Boyz (2010). Williams
established the label Cool Club and released the mixtapes In the Meantime (2012)
and The Jiffy Cornbread Experience (2012). In 2014, Williams toured with the
label No Genre. Their recordings include the mixtape The Cooligan (2015), which
