Scorcher
Tayó Grant Jarrett, born 5 April 1986 in London, is a UK grime MC, songwriter,
producer and actor professionally known as Scorcher. After starting in the
Enfield crew Cold Blooded, he joined the collective The Movement and released
the mixtape Simply the Best while serving a short prison sentence in 2006. His
debut studio album Concrete Jungle (2009) featured collaborations with Wiley,
J2K and Wretch 32, though it did not chart. In 2011 he signed with Blue Colla
Music, released the single "It's All Love" and appeared as Kamale in Channel 4’s
Top Boy. He later joined RU Listening ...
