Scoop DeVille, born Elijah Blue Molina on October 15, 1987 in Los Angeles, California, is an American record producer, rapper, and DJ. He emerged from a musical family as the son of Latino hip-hop pioneer Kid Frost, and appeared as a child in the music video for his father's single “La Raza” (1990). He began rapping at age two and writing music at nine. His first production success came at fifteen with Baby Bash's single “Mamacita”.
