Scala & Kolacny Brothers, a Belgian women's choir, was formed in 1996 and
conducted by Stijn Kolacny. The group initially gained recognition by winning
the Belgian Choir of the Year contest in 2000. Their debut album On the Rocks
was released in 2002, marking their entry into the music scene with a collection
of specially arranged renditions of well-known songs. In 2006, Scala & Kolacny
Brothers' cover of "Engel" by Rammstein appeared on the live album Völkerball.
