Born in Genoa on March 23, 1999, to an Italian father and a Tunisian mother, rapper Adam Sayf Viacava is better known as Sayf. He grew up in Santa Margherita and began by playing the trumpet, before turning to rap. With diverse influences from reggae to metal, Sayf became interested in production and collaborated in 2017 with Vicious, then took part in the formation of the Luvre Muzik collective.
