Mary Sara, born on December 12, 1986, in Nagoya, Japan, is a Japanese fashion
model and singer of American descent. Signed with the talent agency LesPros
Entertainment, she began modeling in 2000 at age 13. The vocalist debuted as a
solo music artist with the single “Cherry/Gossip” (2010), which was produced by
Jeff Miyahara. Her singing style was compared by Oricon to that of the artist
Pink. She subsequently became the lead singer of Learners, a Japanese rock band
