Sarah Schachner, born on March 26, 1988, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an
American composer and electronic musical instrument player. She began playing
the piano at age five and the violin at seven, later learning the alto and
cello. Sarah Schachner attended Berklee College of Music in Boston before moving
to Los Angeles. Her breakthrough came when she collaborated with Brian Tyler on
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2011), which sparked her interest in composing
