Sarah Fox
Sarah Fox, born September 19, 1973 in Giggleswick, Settle, West Riding of
Yorkshire, is an English operatic soprano. She studied at Royal Holloway,
University of London, and the Royal College of Music. Fox won the Kathleen
Ferrier Award in 1997 and the John Christie Award in 2000. She debuted at the
Glyndebourne Festival as Karolka in Jenufa (2000), and returned as Zerlina in
Don Giovanni (2002) and Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro (2003). Her appearances at
the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden include Woglinde in Das Rheingold (2004)
and Waldvogel in Siegfried (2005). Fox performed...
