Santiago Auserón Marruedo, also known by the pseudonym Juan Perro, is a Spanish
singer, lyricist, and philosopher born on July 25, 1954, in Zaragoza. He earned
a doctorate in philosophy from the Complutense University of Madrid in 2015. In
1979, Auserón formed the group Radio Futura, which performed during the Movida
Madrileña movement. The ensemble released studio albums including Música moderna
(1980), La Ley del desierto / La Ley del mar (1984), and Veneno en la piel
