Sally Mary Seltmann, born Sally Mary Russell on September 11, 1975, in Sydney,
New South Wales, Australia, is an Australian singer-songwriter,
multi-instrumentalist, and record producer. She began her musical journey as the
vocalist of the power pop group Lustre 4 in the early 1990s. In 2000, Seltmann
adopted the stage name New Buffalo and released her debut track "16 Beats" via
Ben Lee's website. Under this moniker, she produced her first album, The Last
