Erhard Rudolf Hans Schuricke, known as Rudi Schuricke, was born 16 March 1913 in
Brandenburg an der Havel, Germany, and was a German singer and actor. After
singing and acting lessons, he joined the Königsberg singing group Schmidts
Harmonisten in 1931 and was discovered by Stephan Kardosch in 1933, leading to
his first recording, "Hallo, kleines Fräulein". In 1943, he released
"Capri‑Fischer", which earned a gold record in 1946. Schuricke issued albums
such as Caprifischer (1949), Ganz Leis Erklingt Musik (1970), and So Leb’ Dein
