Roupa Nova is a Brazilian soft‑rock band formed in Rio de Janeiro in 1980 by
Paulinho (percussion, vocals), Serginho (drums, vocals), Nando (bass, vocals),
Kiko (guitar, viola, vocals), Cleberson Horsth (keyboards, vocals) and Ricardo
Feghali. Their breakthrough came with the 1981 self‑titled debut, which produced
the hit "Canção de Verão" and positioned the group on national radio. Subsequent
