Rosalia Vila Tobella was born in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, near Barcelona,
Catalonia (Spain), on September 25, 1992. A guitarist since the age of nine,
pianist at sixteen and singer, she immersed herself in the flamenco tradition
handed down by Camarón de la Isla, which she studied for eight years under the
tutelage of Jose Miguel Vizcaya. While preparing her thesis on the genre, she
discovered electronic sounds through the tracks of James Blake. In 2017, under
