Roksana Emilia Węgiel, known professionally as Roksana Węgiel, was born on January 11, 2005, in Jasło, Poland. She first sang publicly around age eight, but her professional singing career began when she auditioned for The Voice Kids Poland and won its first season in 2018. Her breakthrough came when she represented Poland in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 with “Anyone I Want to Be,” which won the competition, making her the first Polish entrant to do so.
