Rockwell Knuckles
Rockwell Knuckles is an American rapper born in 1982 in St. Louis, Missouri,
whose stage name emerged after an altercation. After attending Cardinal Ritter
College Prep High School, he joined the St. Louis collective Pangea before
moving to Los Angeles in 2003 to work with the Art Thugs. A July 2004 house fire
forced him to launch a solo career, releasing the mixtape The New Standard
(2005), which earned opening slots for GZA, RJD2, and Brother Ali. He released
