Rob Dougan, born Robert Don Hunter Dougan in 1969 in Melbourne, Australia, is a
producer and composer whose work blends orchestral, trip‑hop and electronic
elements. After studying acting at the National Institute of Dramatic Art,
Dougan entered the music scene in 1991 as a producer and remix artist, with
early releases such as "Hard Times" and a 1994 remix of U2’s "Numb" that began
