RedMountain
Red Mountain Yellowhammers (originally known as The Red Mountain White Trash) is
an old-time string band from Birmingham, Alabama, formed in 1985. The band
initially consisted of members residing in the Red Mountain neighborhood. The
band features musicians such as Jim Cauthen (fiddle), Joyce Cauthen (guitar),
Phil Foster (mandolin), and Jamie Finley (harmonica). The band released its
debut studio album, Fire in the Dumpster, in 1995 through the label Whoop It
Up!. The band's discography includes the subsequent releases Chickens Don't
