Rayos Láser is an Argentine rock band formed in 2011 in Villa María, Córdoba, by
vocalist and guitarist Tomás Ferrero, guitarist Gustavo “Gringo” Rodríguez, and
bassist César Séppey. The trio met while studying Composition Music at the
National University of Villa María and began rehearsing and recording demos
before uploading their first tracks to SoundCloud. In 2012 they released their
self‑titled debut album Rayos Láser on Discos del Bosque, gaining attention for
the video of "Mintiéndome" and securing a performance at the Pepsi Music
