Rattus
Rattus is a Finnish hardcore punk band formed in 1978 in Vilppula. Their early
releases included the single "Khomeini Rock" (1980) and the EPs Fucking Disco
(1981) and Rattus on rautaa (1981). Their debut album, WC räjähtää (1982), was
followed by Uskonto on vaara (1984) and Stolen Life (1987). They disbanded in
1988 but reunited in 2001, releasing subsequent albums like Rattus (2005), Uudet
piikit (2007), and Turta (2013). Their discography also includes compilations
such as Levytykset 1981-1984 (1993) and Täältä tullaan kuolema (1996).
