Raquel Sofía Borges, known professionally as Raquel Sofía, was born on August
12, 1987, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. She is a singer-songwriter who graduated
from the University of Miami Frost School of Music. In 2014, she launched her
solo career with the single "Agridulce", which garnered over 9.7 million streams
on streaming platforms. Raquel Sofía signed to Sony Music Latin and released her
debut EP Te Odio los Sábados and her first studio album Te Quiero los Domingos
in 2015, the latter reaching Number 1 on the Latin charts. She received a
