Rain
Rain, an American post‑hardcore group originating from Washington, D.C., formed
in 1986 and featured members such as Eli Janney, Scott McCloud, and Bert
Queiroz. The band emerged from the Revolution Summer movement, which fostered
post‑hardcore and proto‑emo acts, and quickly gained local attention through a
series of live performances across the Washington area. Their first recorded
