Rahbani Brothers
The Rahbani Brothers, Assi Rahbani and Mansour Rahbani, were Lebanese musicians,
composers, songwriters, authors, and playwrights from Antelias. Their career
began at the Near East Radio channel, where Assi worked. In 1951, they met
Nouhad Haddad (later known as Fairuz), for whom Assi composed her debut song
"Itab". The trio became prominent on the Lebanese music scene, performing at the
