Rachel Reis
Rachel Reis de Cerqueira, born on February 4, 1997, in Feira de Santana, Bahia,
is a Brazilian singer‑songwriter who began performing in local bars in 2016.
After a brief hiatus to study law and advertising, she returned to music with
the single "Ventilador" in 2020, followed by the track "Maresia" and the EP
Encosta in 2021. Her debut album Meu Esquem (2022) earned a nomination for Best
Portuguese Language Rock or Alternative Album at the 24th Annual Latin Grammy
