Quang Dũng, born Thái Văn Dũng on August 8, 1975, in Quy Nhơn, Bình Định,
Vietnam, is a Vietnamese singer. In 1997, he participated in the Bình Định
Province Television Singing Contest and won second prize. The following year,
Quang Dũng was awarded a gold medal by the provincial Ministry of Culture. His
debut album, Biển nghìn thu ở lại, was released in 2001, marking the beginning
