Pulsedriver, the stage name of German DJ, producer, and remixer Slobodan Petrović Jr., was born on February 22, 1974, in Schleswig-Holstein and grew up in Trappenkamp. Of former Yugoslav heritage, he began DJing at 15 and became a fixture of Germany's early-1990s dance and rave scene under the name DJ Tibby, while also producing his own material.
