Polo
Pierre Lamy, known professionally as Polo, and born on February 19, 1964, in
Désertines, France, is a singer. He started his musical career in 1981 by
forming bands and co-founded the comic fanzine Le Lynx à tifs in 1982. In 1985,
he formed Les Satellites, which signed with Bondage Records. As a prolific
songwriter within Les Satellites, his texts were known for their satirical and
surrealistic elements. Initially forcing his voice to mimic soul music, he later
