Born in Sydney on July 25, 1992, Australian guitar virtuoso Plini
Roessler-Holgate aka Plini is known for both his dexterity with the instrument
and his melodic sensibilities. Though he’s mostly associated with the prog rock
scene, his music draws influence from a whole array of styles such as
progressive metal, math rock, and jazz fusion. After issuing the EP Pastures
(2011) under the pseudonym Halcyon, he started using his first name to record
