Juan Felipe Ramírez Calderón, known as Pipe Calderon, was born on August 31,
1983, in Medellín, Colombia. He started his musical career playing guitar and
became the principal guitarist for the vallenato group Los Gigantes del
Vallenato. In 2011, he released his debut album No Te Vayas, transitioning to
reggaeton as a solo artist. His breakthrough single "Te Gateo" was released that
April. Pipe Calderon continued with albums including Se Lleva en la Sangre
