Singer, songwriter and artistic director Pierre Billon was born in Paris on July
24, 1946. He is the son of singer Patachou, who discovered Georges Brassens, who
became his godfather. His parents were also friends of Michel Sardou's, and the
two worked together extensively. Pierre Billon writes "Je Vole " and "La Maison
en Enfer" for Michel Sardou, and composes the music for some of his hits,
including "Être une femme". Pierre Billon collaborates with Johnny Hallyday, for
whom he writes "J'ai oublié de vivre", adapts American rock hits and becomes his
artistic director from 1977 ...
