Phil Hurley, born October 7, 1969, in Potsdam, New York, United States, is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. He began singing in rock bands with his brother Steve at age 8 and played music professionally by age 14. He co-founded Gigolo Aunts in high school, releasing the album Everybody Happy (1988) on Coyote Records before signing with RCA, touring with The Cranberries, The Wallflowers, and The Lemonheads, and achieving a UK top 30 hit with "Where I Find My Heaven".
