Phatfish
Phatfish, a British Christian rock, CCM, and worship band from Brighton,
England, was formed in 1994 by Dave Fellingham. Initially known as 'Purple
Phatfish,' the group started as a jazz-funk/rap group and performed locally
before transitioning to more worship-oriented music. Their first album, We Know
The Story, was released in 1997. In 1999, they signed with US label Pamplin and
recorded their second album, Purple Through the Fishtank, in Nashville. This
period marked a shift towards rock music and increased international touring.
