Pete Riley
Pete Riley, born on 26 February 1969 in Liverpool, England, is an English
acoustic rock singer‑songwriter and musician. He began performing locally in the
early 1990s, before moving to North Carolina where his band Treehouse signed
with Breaking Records, an Atlantic subsidiary, and released Nobody’s Monkey in
1997. After the band dissolved, Riley issued the solo album After the Parade in
2000 and joined Edwin McCain’s touring ensemble, contributing to Far From Over
(2001), The Austin Sessions (2003), Scream & Whisper (2004) and Lost in America
