Pete Magadini
Peter Charles Magadini, born January 25, 1942, in Great Barrington,
Massachusetts, was an American drummer and percussionist. He began his musical
journey in elementary school band after moving to Palm Springs, California.
While still attending high school in Phoenix, Arizone, Magadini recorded singles
for Lee Hazlewood and Lester Sill. He is known for his expertise in polyrhythms,
authoring works such as Polyrhythms for the Drumset and Polyrhythms: The
