Pest
Pest, a British band from South London, formed in 2001 with members Ben Mallott
as DJ and on keyboards, Matt Chandler on guitar, Tom Marriott on trombone, Wayne
Urquhart on cello, and Vesa Haapanen on drums. The group initially released
tracks on white labels before signing to Ninja Tune in 2003. Their debut album
Necessary Measures was released that same year, followed by the EP Chicken Spit.
In 2005, Pest released their second album All Out Fall Out, along with EPs Pat
Pong and Wu Ju. The band toured extensively across Europe and Japan, performing
