Peshay
Paul Pesce, born December 18, 1970, in England, is a British-Italian
drum‑and‑bass and electronic music producer and DJ also known as Peshay. He was
introduced to music early through his mother, a classical singer, and gained an
interest in jazz, funk, soul, early electro, and hip‑hop. He began playing at
East London raves in the early 1990s and released tracks such as "19:5", "Piano
Tune/Vocal Tune", and "Psychosis/Represent" on Reinforced Records, Good Looking
Records, and Metalheadz, establishing his reputation as a pioneering producer
and DJ. His debut album, Miles From Home...
