Pereza, a Spanish rock band from Alameda de Osuna, Madrid, was formed in 1998 by
Rubén Pozo Prats and José Miguel Conejo Torres. Initially known for cover
versions of songs recorded by the 1980s Madrid band Leño, they later developed
their own material. Their debut album, Pereza, was released in March 2001 under
RCA Records. The band's second album, Algo para cantar (July 2003), led to
extensive touring and collaborations with notable acts like Bon Jovi. In April
