Percy
Percy, an English post-punk band, was formed in 1996 by Colin Howard and Andrew
Wiles. In 1998, the band released West Yorkshire Super Heroes EP, followed by
the single "Donny Rednecks" (1999), which received BBC Radio 1 airplay and was
named Steve Lamacq’s Single of the Week. The lineup evolved to include drummer
Jason Wilson and synth player Paula Duck. Subsequent releases include Sleepers
Wake (2018), Seaside Donkeys (2020) and Monorail (2022).
