Paul Anthony Noonan, born in 1974 in Lucan, Dublin, Ireland, is a songwriter,
vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist best known as the frontman of Bell X1. At
age nine, he began his musical journey as second flautist in the Lucan Concert
Band before transitioning to drums. Noonan formed Juniper with Damien Rice,
Dominic Phillips, and Brian Crosby in 1991, which later evolved into Bell X1
after Rice's departure. In 1997, Bell X1 signed a six-album deal with PolyGram
and released their first singles "Weatherman" and "World Is Dead", charting in
